Hi, my name is Jun, working for US Army , as a local foreign national employee.

I have to lease my house because my wife and I are getting tired of commuting.

We have to take our kids to shool in Nakagusuku(Okinawa World Mission Chrischan school) 

It takes one hour from here to there.

Another big reason to move is school tuition fees.

The fees are very expensive. But it worth it.

In this blog, I want to write not only about the leasing, but also, how I will lease, rent our new apartment/house, move, survive in a new area ,and exchange business and cultures.
