How old is the house? Are ou interested in selling?
For 300,000 yen/month, it would be cheaper to buy a new house and have it paid off in 10 years. We are looking to buy and your house is in a great location but for a 4 bedroom, it should be closer to 2,000 sq. ft.
If the rent was more like 150,000 yen/month, that would be more reasonable.
